Great article, Anthony! I could perfectly relate to that, as I've been on my Headspace journey for 3 weeks now! And I'm not planning on stopping. Although I've been into meditation for the past 2 years I was not consistent. However, now I see that building this meditation habit could make the change. I still haven't set "a goal" regarding the days I want to go on a streak on, however, I will try not to miss a day. Currently, I'm meditating for around 60 minutes each day, doing 10 mins or 20 mins throughout the day. I think that the most important thing about meditation is to just show up :)
